Overview:
We are looking for a skilled graphic designer to create a clean, modern, and professional 3–4 page press pack (PDF format) for our local marketing and community advertising business.
We operate the largest community Facebook groups and newsletters in l (East Midlands, UK),

The press pack will be used to promote our advertising services to local businesses and must be strong, sales-focused, easy to read, and visually appealing.
What You Will Produce

A 3–4 page PDF press pack that includes:

Cover page with slogan, logos, and strong headline

Why businesses choose us (stats + benefits)

Testimonials section

Advertising options & pricing (group posting, banners, newsletters)

Strong CTA page with contact details

Cleanly displayed T&Cs summary

Consistent branding, colours, spacing, and hierarchy

We will provide all written content (already prepared and final), including:

Pricing

Slogan

Brand guidance

You will be responsible only for layout, design, and presentation.
Design Requirements

Follow the colour scheme of our existing logos

Clean, modern, easy-to-read design

Professional but friendly local tone

Use icons, spacing, and layout to make information easy to skim

Use local imagery if needed (we can supply photos if required)

Include QR codes (we will supply URLs)

Deliver final files in PDF + editable format (PSD, AI, Canva, or similar)
