Persuasive Mixed-Media Presentation Design

Job ID: 40184190

Budget: $250 – $750 AUD

I need a polished presentation that persuades decision-makers during an upcoming Council submission in NSW Australia. It must blend carefully curated photos with short video clips so the narrative feels alive, yet every slide still looks measured, credible, and intentionally crafted rather than flashy for its own sake into a clear, well-judged presentation.

This is not just a design or editing task. It requires good judgement, narrative awareness, and political sensitivity. The final output should feel measured, credible, and intentional — not promotional, emotional, or inflammatory.

Here’s the essence of the project: I will supply raw assets—images, b-roll, and core messaging points. Your role is to translate them into a cohesive deck that flows logically, keeps attention, persuasive narrative and nudges the audience toward a clear yes. Clean typography, confident pacing, and seamless video embeds are critical. The final output needs to run flawlessly on a standard electronic sharing to Councillors and perhaps conference-room setup.

Deliverables:
• Fully editable presentation file with photos and videos embedded
• High-resolution PDF for quick sharing
• A short “review” video export (MP4 or MOV) so stakeholders can preview timing without opening the deck

Key requirements
• Strong experience in strategic communications, public affairs, political or corporate communications, or high-stakes presentations
• Demonstrated ability to exercise judgement around tone, framing, and sequencing
• Comfortable working with sensitive or reputationally important material
• Clean, restrained design style (clarity over flair)
• Willing to suggest what should not be included, not just assemble content

What This Is Not
• Not a “make it viral” project
• Not heavy branding, gimmicks, or loud visual effects
• Not basic mechanical editing without strategic input

Please factor in one round of revisions to tighten messaging or adjust visuals after internal feedback. Let’s create a submission that feels intentional on every slide and makes approval the obvious next step.
