20-Page Word Report Template
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I have a finished 20-page report laid out in Adobe InDesign and now need that design rebuilt as a native Word template so my team can update content without touching layout. The Word file must mirror the InDesign version: same grid, typography, colour palette and branded visual elements throughout.
The template has to be truly user-friendly. When a colleague opens it, they should be able to drop in copy, insert or delete pages, and see everything flow automatically. That means:
• Fully formatted headers and footers tied to section breaks
• An auto-generated table of contents that updates with a single refresh
• A complete set of custom paragraph, character and table styles matching our brand guide (no ad-hoc manual formatting)
No interactive forms or hyperlinks are required—clean, print-ready pages are the goal.
Deliverables I expect
• A .docx template with all 20 master pages converted and styles pre-built
• All brand assets (logos, swatches, fonts) embedded or referenced correctly
• A brief “how-to” note so non-designers know which styles to apply
