PDF to Training PowerPoint

Job ID: 40400186

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I have a complete training script locked inside a PDF and I need it reshaped into a polished, professional-looking PowerPoint deck that will carry a 25-minute live session. The raw content is all there; what I’m missing is a clear, slide-by-slide flow that keeps participants engaged without overwhelming them.

Here’s what I expect:
• Translate the key ideas from the PDF into concise bullet points on each slide, trimming any excess wording while preserving accuracy and tone.
• Apply a consistent, business-ready design—clean fonts, aligned layouts, and a colour palette that feels professional yet modern.
• Sequence the material so the presentation naturally fills about 25 minutes (roughly 20-25 slides is usually the sweet spot, but I’m open to your pacing suggestions).
• Embed subtle visual cues (section headers, simple icons, maybe light graphics) only where they reinforce understanding—no noisy clip art.
• Return the finished file in PowerPoint (.pptx) so I can tweak timing or add speaker notes if needed.

If you’ve done corporate or compliance training decks before, you’ll understand the balance I’m after: informative, straightforward, and visually tidy. Let me know if you need a peek at the PDF before starting; I can share it right away so we can nail the structure together.
