The Role
We are seeking a freelance graphic designer who can both create professional marketing emails and supply them ready to send via Outlook. These emails will support our sales team with promotions, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand updates.

Key Responsibilities

Design branded, engaging email campaigns in line with our guidelines (Bisley and partner brands).

Supply emails in a format suitable for Outlook:

For bulk send-outs (shared mailbox / distribution lists).

For individual sending by our sales team to their own customer contacts.

Ensure layouts are professional, clear, and compatible across devices.

Provide all assets (graphics, headers, HTML or image-based formats) in ready-to-use form.

Maintain brand consistency and eye-catching design across campaigns.

Skills & Experience

Proven graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite / Canva).

Experience preparing and formatting emails for Outlook distribution.

Understanding of email layout best practices and simple HTML.

Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver to deadlines.

Engagement

Freelance / remote.

Paid hourly or per project.

Ongoing requirement (1–2 campaigns per week expected).
