NGO Activity Report Graphic Design
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
Description:
I am looking for a skilled graphic designer to create a professional, magazine-style layout for an NGO activity report (approximately 20–30 pages).
The content is already fully written in Word, and I will provide all text and images.
This is not a basic formatting task – I am looking for a clean, modern, editorial-style design that is visually engaging but still professional and easy to read.
What I need:
A magazine-style layout with strong visual structure
Clean and modern design (not overly decorative)
Clear hierarchy (headings, subheadings, body text)
Good use of white space and typography
Thoughtful placement of images within the layout
Important:
Key figures (percentages and numbers) should be visualized using simple diagrams (e.g. progress bars, charts, or highlighted number blocks) instead of plain text
The report includes multiple sections (activities, results, cooperation, etc.)
There are also lists of partners and networks that should be presented clearly
Deliverables:
Print-ready PDF
Editable source file (InDesign preferred, but Word is also acceptable)
Style:
The final result should feel like a professional NGO or annual report, similar to a clean magazine layout – visually appealing but still suitable for funders and stakeholders.
Please include:
Examples of similar work (reports, magazines, brochures, etc.)
Estimated timeline
