Modern Master Planning & landscape Portfolio for 5 years experiences as a client

I’m building a master planning portfolio and want it to look as sharp as the projects it will showcase. I’m looking for someone who can handle the entire package—designing a clean, modern-minimalist layout and crafting concise, engaging copy to match.
Scope
• Translate my raw project notes, sketches, and images into three clear, well-paced sections: Introduction & Objectives, Case Studies & Projects, and Skills & Qualifications.
• Create a visually consistent grid, font pairings, and a restrained colour palette that speaks to contemporary urban design sensibilities.
• Write or polish all narrative text so it flows logically, highlights key achievements, and stays free of jargon.
• Deliver a press-ready PDF plus an editable source file (InDesign, Affinity Publisher, or similar) so I can update details later.
Acceptance
The final portfolio should read smoothly front to back, maintain a minimalist aesthetic, and be ready for digital submission without additional tweaks from my side.
