Memoir Formatting Specialist Needed

I'm seeking a professional to properly format my memoir, "Into the Deep End," for a brochure/booklet.
Key Requirements:
This is currently a 15-page Word or PDF document. It has a Gemini created JPEG image for the Cover. The end page is a JPEG image of four photographs. I’d like to publish about 50 copies for friends and family. The word count is 6,044. The trim size desired is 6” x 9”. The Printing Service is IngramSpark.
- Experience in formatting memoirs or similar literary works
