Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a completed non-fiction manuscript that’s mostly text with a handful of supporting images scattered throughout. I need it professionally laid out for both Kindle eBook (reflowable) and paperback so the reading experience feels polished no matter the device or print size.
Here’s what I’m after:
• Clean, consistent styling for headings, body text, block quotes, footnotes, and front/back-matter.
• Correct image insertion, sizing, and compression so the few pictures I’ve included stay sharp without bloating file size.
• Proper pagination, widows & orphans control, active hyperlinked table of contents, and page break management for chapters.
• Final deliverables ready to upload straight into KDP: an EPUB that passes Kindle Previewer plus a print-ready PDF (with embedded fonts and the trim/bleed specs KDP expects).
If you work in InDesign, Vellum, Atticus, or an equivalent tool and can spot styling issues before Amazon does, I’d love to have you handle this.
