I’m looking to have a crisp, professionally-designed flyer that gives potential customers a clear snapshot of who we are and the services we provide. The piece will be purely informational—no event promos or sales gimmicks—so the layout needs to guide the reader smoothly from our headline through our service highlights and end with a strong call to action.
Here’s what I need delivered:
• One A5 size
• Print-ready PDF plus the editable source file (AI, PSD, or InDesign)
• Fonts and linked images packaged or outlined so future edits are hassle-free
Acceptance criteria:
• Our core service descriptions are prominent and easy to skim
• Visual hierarchy leads naturally to our contact section
• Colors, leafy / flowers /high end luxury home
• Final files pass a pre-press check (3 mm bleed, CMYK, 300 dpi)
