Freelance Graphic Designer – Education & Branding Projects

About the Role
We are looking to hire a creative and detail-oriented freelance graphic designer to support ongoing branding, marketing, and academic communication needs for higher-education institutions. The role involves creating professional, premium, and brand-aligned designs across digital and print formats.
This is a long-term freelance opportunity for the right candidate with consistent work.
Key Responsibilities
Design brochures, prospectuses, flyers, and leaflets (print & digital)
Create social media creatives (LinkedIn, Instagram, ads, banners)
Design presentations (PPT/Google Slides) for academic and corporate use
Develop branding assets including covers, posters, infographics, and visual frameworks
Adapt designs based on brand guidelines and institutional design systems
Collaborate closely with the academic/marketing team to translate content into visuals
Revise and refine designs based on structured feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience with Canva (Pro-level usage) is a plus
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and hierarchy
Experience designing for education, universities, training institutes, or corporate learning preferred
Ability to create clean, premium, non-cluttered designs
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple design tasks
Nice to Have
Experience with brochure-heavy academic projects
Familiarity with LinkedIn-first design aesthetics
Understanding of print-ready formats (bleeds, CMYK, DPI)
Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video thumbnails (optional)
Deliverables May Include
2–4 page brochures / prospectuses
Social media creatives & campaign posts
Event posters & academic announcements
Campus & program visuals
Placement, infrastructure, and program highlight creatives
