I’m organising an upcoming event and the first asset I need is a striking promotional banner. The banner has to grab attention from a distance, translate well online, and stay true to the event’s branding.
Scope
• Create an original banner concept for a physical event display (approx. 6 × 3 ft) that can be resized for digital use without loss of quality.
• Supply two visual mock-ups for review; refine the chosen option into the final artwork.
• Deliver print-ready files (CMYK, 300 dpi, PDF/AI) plus a web-optimised JPEG/PNG.
• Provide the layered source file so my team can update dates or sponsor logos later.
What I’ll look for in your bid
• Brief overview of your experience designing banners or large-format graphics for events.
• Any relevant samples or a link to your portfolio (optional but appreciated).
• Estimated turnaround time for initial concepts and final delivery.
Once the banner is wrapped up to my satisfaction, I may move straight into flyer distribution and website tweaks—so strong results here could lead to more work.
