Event Posting with Affinity Publisher2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need assistance in posting five past events and six upcoming events, scheduled from September 13 to November 15, using Affinity Publisher 2. I have existing templates and all the necessary content, including images and text, ready to go. The design style should be minimalist, ensuring a clean and straightforward presentation.
Key Requirements:
- Utilize existing templates in Affinity Publisher 2 for event postings
- Incorporate provided images and text into the templates
- Maintain a minimalist design style throughout
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Affinity Publisher 2
- Experience in working with digital publication templates
- Strong attention to detail in incorporating images and text placeholders
- Ability to maintain a consistent minimalist design approach
I'm looking for someone who can efficiently and effectively manage this task, ensuring all events are presented clearly and professionally.
Key Requirements:
- Create single-page templates.
- Include images and text placeholders.
- Templates should be suitable for digital publications.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Affinity Publisher 2.
- Experience in designing digital publication templates.
- Ability to incorporate images and text placeholders effectively.
Additionally, we’ll need a top banner for the page – 2000px wide by 1333px high – and 6 tags related to the event (e.g., type of event, location, sport, team, etc.
Also, the file must be saved as a PDF (PDF format, optimized). We will review it if all is good and meets our standards. If it's good, we will also request the top photo banner (2000px on the long edge, JPG), 8 tags (keywords), and a short description for the dedicated page.
Also, ensure that when you work with the photos, you scale them appropriately and do not use high-resolution images for publication. This can cause the PDF to be way too large, and we will not be able to publish it.
For digital publication, we always recommend 2000px on the long edge, 72dpi, not 300 or 240dpi, because they will be way too large.
