I need a post card for a cooling tower company targeting facility managers.
Key details to include:

- included Cooling tower evaluation
-parts availability for Motors, Pimps, and fill valves , media and media replacement and overhauls of nessesary.
Ideal skills and experience:

I would also like a postcard , double sided 5x7 with a 1”x 3” “open” space in the center for a mailing sticker to put address on to mail.
Also an “open “ space on the top right corner for a stamp.
I would like to use industrial cooling tower pictures not HVAC techs on commercial and residential roofs as my current $449 flyer has.
I am going to do a cold calling campaign to: high rises in denver including HOA’s, building maintenance managers, building lease managers, and building owners.
Also I want to make a flyer for HVAC companies to sell them my services as a subcontractor on their customer sites and if customer call them for cooling tower services they can subcontractor me for Mechanical work mended such as yearly cleaning and evaluations on cooling towers, media, chemical treatment…
