E-Book Layout & TOC Polish
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
My 569-page training handbook is fully written, proof-read, and already flows well with its text, charts, and photos. What it still needs is that last bit of “furniture polish” before I send everything to Lulu for release on November 1.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Build an interactive Table of Contents so each entry links directly to its section in the e-book.
• Check and tweak fonts, sizes, and spacing so they comply with Lulu’s requirements and remain readable on both screen and print.
• Insert light creative touches—enhanced cover treatment, tasteful stylized page borders, and clean section dividers—without disrupting the existing content.
• Package the final files: print-ready interior PDF for paperback and hardbound (print-on-demand) plus an ePub/PDF version for the $11.99 e-book. Paper Back $46.99 Hard Back $54.99
• Upload or prepare the cover and interior files so they are ready to drop straight into Lulu’s dashboard.
No copy-editing or spell-checking is needed; the text is locked. I simply need a designer who understands Lulu’s specifications, can move quickly, and stays mindful of cost while delivering a refined, professional layout.
