AscVerde Pitch Deck: 1 of 2 Documents

Job ID: 40446748

Budget: $250 – $750 AUD

I’m preparing a short “teaser” pitch deck whose sole job is to spark investor interest by showcasing the market opportunity we have identified. I already have the core text and key data points; what I need now is a designer-storyteller who can drop that content into a sleek, highly professional layout that feels clean, modern and instantly digestible.

Project: Convert Existing PowerPoint Pitch Deck into a Professionally Designed Typeset Document

We have an existing PowerPoint pitch deck with the core narrative, messaging and content already developed. We now need a freelancer to convert it into a polished, professionally designed document suitable for investors, board members, government stakeholders and strategic partners.

This is primarily a visual design, layout and typesetting task, rather than a major writing or strategy assignment.

The final output should look like a high-quality investment briefing document / investor information memorandum / strategic proposal, using the existing pitch deck content as the source material.

Scope of work:

. Document design and layout
. Convert the PowerPoint deck into a professional document format.
. Create a clean, consistent and modern page layout.
. Use strong visual hierarchy across headings, sub-headings, body text, call-out boxes and captions.
. Ensure the document is suitable for senior-level review by investors, government & industry partners.
. Make the document feel polished, institutional and commercially credible.

Typesetting:

. Professionally typeset the existing content into a readable document format.
. Improve spacing, alignment, margins, page breaks and section flow.
. Ensure consistency in fonts, colours, tables, captions, footnotes and page numbering.
. Format the document so it reads as a structured briefing document, not a slide export.

Visual refinement:

.Recreate, clean up or improve key diagrams from the PowerPoint.
. Convert slide-based visuals into document-friendly figures.
. Improve tables, charts, process flows, timelines and infographics where required.
. Use call-out boxes and visual panels to highlight key messages.
. Ensure all visuals are crisp, consistent and suitable for PDF circulation.
. Light content handling only
. Use the existing deck narrative and wording as the primary source.
. Make only light edits for clarity, grammar, consistency and readability.
. Do not substantially rewrite the commercial strategy, technical content or investment proposition unless specifically agreed.
. Preserve the existing meaning, positioning and tone.

Branding and presentation:

. Apply a consistent visual style across the document.
. Use existing brand colours, logos and visual identity where available.
. Where branding is limited, create a clean professional look that suits biotech, medtech, deep-tech or research commercialisation audiences.
. Ensure the final document looks credible, premium and board-ready.

Deliverables

. Editable Word file.
. Final polished PDF.
. Cleaned-up figures, charts or diagrams as separate files if recreated.
. Optional one-page executive summary layout, using existing content.

Desired style:

. The document should feel like a professionally typeset biotech / medtech / deep-tech investment briefing document. It should be clean, modern, credible and restrained, with strong use of white space, section dividers, high-quality tables and clear visual hierarchy.

It should not look like:

. a direct PowerPoint export
. a basic Word document
. a generic Canva template

Required freelancer skills:

Please only apply if you have strong experience in:

. professional document design and typesetting
. investment documents, pitch materials or board papers
. converting PowerPoint decks into polished PDF documents
. creating clean tables, diagrams, timelines and visual layouts
. working with biotech, medtech, deep-tech, university commercialisation or institutional stakeholder materials

Important note

The main task is to professionally package and typeset the existing pitch deck narrative, not to create a new strategy or rewrite the document from scratch. The successful freelancer should be able to improve visual quality, readability and professional presentation while preserving the original content and message.
