Align Proposal Template Visuals
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I already have a complete proposal document; what it lacks is the polished, on-brand look of our website (https://xcel-partners.com/). I want you to lift the visual language straight from the site and weave it into the template so everything a prospect sees feels identical to what they experience online.
The refresh must be an exact match to the website’s design system. That means:
• Images & icons – swap the generic visuals in the file for the same style, weight and colour treatments used on the site’s homepage and contact sections.
• Colour scheme – replicate the full palette, including accent and background tones, so headings, dividers and call-outs mirror the web experience.
• Typography & fonts – apply the precise font family, weights and hierarchy we use online for headings, body copy and captions.
Key sections to mirror:
• Homepage look & feel, especially the hero area, iconography and button treatments.
• Contact page styling for the closing slides and call-to-action panel.
Deliverables
– Updated proposal template in the original authoring format (plus a PDF for quick review).
– A brief style guide listing hex codes, font names and icon sources so future edits stay on brand.
Acceptance
The file will be approved once side-by-side comparison with the homepage and contact page shows colour, typography and imagery align perfectly and all slides render correctly on Mac and Windows.
