Adobe In Design Vector Logo

I have a realtivly simple logo device - solid blocks of colour and lettering - I need this redrawn as a scalable vector - in Adobe In Design - I need versions as follows - all transparent, Lettering embedded / Lettering empty to allow layer below to show through / Black and White Version with lettering / White version - fully transparent - would need a dsicusison before commissioning job.
