need to make modifications to a deck

need to modify and existing deck. I have all of the directions, and content for every slide I am not proficient in moving stuff around. Could you help me modify the first 21 slides with existing and new content? very detailed instructions attached as well as the deck that needs modifcations. Someone who is skilled can do in 3-4 hours max.
