Word-to-InDesign Book Layout to Go to Publisher
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
A 280-page manuscript on depression is now in Microsoft Word, fully edited more than fifty times. It now needs to be imported into InDesign so the files can be sent directly to my publisher without any issues. More than a simple flow-in, the book should feel polished: consistent typography, attractive margins, balanced white space, and any call-out graphics or images positioned for clear, reader-friendly impact.
I do not have a rigid template, so please bring your design eye and suggest improvements that keep the tone accessible to everyday readers while still looking professional on a bookstore shelf. Excellent command of English is essential; if minor line-break or punctuation issues arise during layout, they should be corrected on the spot.
