Spanish Postcard Design TRANSLATION in Photoshop

I need a Photoshop postcard (7x5 inch @300dpi, layered TIF file) re-created in Spanish. The design is already complete, but the text needs to be translated and re-created, as it may be on a flattened layer.

Requirements:
- Translate and re-create text in Spanish
- Maintain original design (images and colors)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Proficient in Photoshop
- Attention to detail
- Quick turnaround time
