Seasonal Badges & Logo Vector Design

I'm seeking an experienced graphic designer to create four seasonal badges and a clean vector image of our existing logo.
Requirements:
- Create four seasonal badges (spring, summer, autumn, winter) based on our mock-ups.
- Each badge should primarily convey weather and include text.
- Style will be shared through our mock-ups.
- Provide a clean vector image of our existing logo.
- The images would also need to have an SVG file with a field to change the software build number or release version. Our programmer has the code for this if needed.
