I’m preparing to unveil our new gala and need a cohesive set of launch pieces that all feel warm, down-to-earth, and unmistakably rustic.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Invitation design – the hero piece. Think textured backgrounds, vintage-inspired type, and a palette that captures country elegance. Final files should be print-ready (CMYK PDF) plus a web-optimised PNG/JPG and the original source file (InDesign or Illustrator).
• Event program – a matching multi-page layout (cover, schedule, speaker bios, sponsor page). I’ll supply copy; you weave it into the same rustic look. Print-ready PDF plus editable source.
• Marketing materials – social media graphics (FB/IG), an email header, and an A4 poster. All should extend the invitation’s style so everything feels like one family.

Key notes
– Dimensions and bleed specs will follow once we kick off.
– I’d like two refinement rounds on each asset.
– Please use Adobe CC tools or equivalent professional software so I have layered, editable files.
