Refine & Recolor Existing Logo

I have a working logo I still like, but a few details no longer feel as crisp as they once did. I want the central graphic element sharpened and cleaned up so it scales perfectly for both small-format social thumbnails and large-format signage. While you are in there, I would also like to revisit the colour palette: please suggest and apply fresh tones to the text as well as to the iconography so everything sits harmoniously together.
Text tweaks are essential. I need the font style modernised, the overall size balanced against the symbol, and the alignment tightened so the whole composition feels deliberately centred.
