I have three client-facing documents—a Buying Guide, a Selling Guide, and a Closing-Cost breakdown—already written and laid out. What I need now is a talented designer who can keep the content and data recreating a new guide that matches my existing brand standards for residential real estate in New York City.
You’ll receive:
• The current PDFs
• My branding guide (color palette, typography specs, logo files, and image direction)
Your role is to:
• Create new guides bases on my colors, and branding
- keep all of the same data
