Realistic Nature-People Vector Art

I need a realistic vector image for a large conference banner. The current AI-generated image is too artificial-looking. we are a non profit charity and are having a annual conference. non of us are paid and we volunteer our time to put this on. we will use the main image for the banner and need some smaller images put on vectors for merch that we sell to make money. ive attached the ai image we have made. we want the couple to not hold hands more like leading each other, we need the people in the background to be more varied not so generic. keep the general idea, like a journey, the path leading to community. maybe some birds flying around in the background
