Populate InDesign Tables from Spreadsheet
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
An existing InDesign layout is ready; the only thing missing is the content that lives in my spreadsheet. I’ll supply the .indd file, the linked styles, and the Excel sheet. Your task is to import each table into the file, making sure cell styles matchn the current document. No redesign or new styling is required—consistency with the established look is the priority.
This is a one-time deliverable. Once complete, I’ll need the updated .indd file, all supporting links packaged, and a press-ready PDF.
- Sample PDF is attached along with the Excel file that has the data. I will provide the .indd once project is awarded.
- The first two tables are already added.
- You may need to add or remove pages
- Tables should be added to the .indd in the same order they appear on the spreadsheet.
- Try to fit tables on the page, but if needed continue the table on the next page with a header indicating continued... When data spans two pages, repeat the title bar and table headers, ie Crawlers continued...
MODEL Weight HP. BLADE Daily Weekly Monthly
Time frame is a couple days, faster is better. Please let me know if there are any questions.
