Part-Time Brand Presentation Designers
Budget: $60 – $75 USD
Our newly launched brand is rolling out fast, and dozens of legacy decks need to catch up. The bulk of the work revolves around converting existing PowerPoint presentations so every slide reflects the new look and feel. I already have polished templates ready for you; the task is to drop in content, refine the layout, and make sure visual consistency is spot-on with our colour palette, typography and icon set.
You’ll also pick up the occasional Word document and a handful of InDesign files that require the same treatment, but PowerPoint will occupy most of your screen time. Expect a steady stream of small batches rather than one huge delivery, giving you the flexibility to slot the work around other commitments. I’m onboarding two to three designers so we can keep turnaround times short without sacrificing quality.
Deliverables for each batch
• Fully-branded .pptx files (master slides cleaned, no stray fonts or colours)
• Exported PDFs for quick review
• If Word or InDesign files are included, the updated source files plus print-ready PDFs
Files are shared through Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud, with feedback handled in real time via comments. Clear, organised layer and slide naming is essential because multiple designers will sometimes touch the same project.
