PDF Catalog Data Entry Team

I need a small, detail-oriented team to turn information that is now sitting in my database, plus fewer than 50 pages of supporting paper notes, into a clean, well-structured PDF catalog.

You will pull the records directly from the database, cross-check them against the physical pages I scan for you, and lay everything out so the final file is ready for printing and digital download. Accuracy in transcription is critical, but so is an eye for tidy formatting—think consistent styles, page numbers, table alignment, and clear product sections. If you prefer Adobe InDesign, Affinity Publisher, or another professional layout tool, that’s fine as long as the finished catalog is delivered as a press-quality PDF.

Deliverables
• A fully formatted, print-ready PDF catalog
• The native layout file (INDD, AFPUB, or similar) so we can make future edits
