Modern Real Estate Brand Identity
Budget: $750 – $800 USD
I’m refreshing my real estate presence and need a compact but complete visual identity. The goal is to create something modern, professional, and trustworthy — a look that feels innovative while still pairing seamlessly with my brokerage’s required logo.
You’ll design a clean personal mark, define a sophisticated, neutral color palette, and carry that style across the essentials: yard signs, postcards, social media, and email headers. Every file must be press-ready (CMYK with bleeds for print, RGB for digital) and fully scalable, so the design works just as well on a business card as it does on a 24×36 sign.
Clear, fluent English is very important — we’ll need to review proofs together for brokerage compliance, and quick, precise communication will keep the project moving smoothly. If you’ve worked with real estate teams or small businesses before, you’ll know the drill: logo lock-ups, disclosure lines, and spacing rules are all part of the territory.
Portfolio of logo + brand identity projects (not just generic icons or clip art)
A brief proposal that explains your process, tools, and deliverables
Any initial thoughts on how you would integrate my brokerage’s logo with my personal brand
Deliverables
Primary + secondary logo files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF, .PNG, .SVG)
Mini brand guide with color codes, typography, and usage rules
Print-ready layouts: 24×18 yard sign + 6×11 postcard
Social media graphics (Instagram/Facebook) + email header
I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right proposal that feels like a fit.
