I have a collection of architectural plans that need to be presented in a clean, modern portfolio booklet—one plan per page. For each page I’d like a full-bleed image of the drawing paired with a concise block of descriptive text so a reader can immediately grasp the concept, key dimensions, and design intent at a glance.
My goal is to end up with my two branded polished files: a high-resolution digital PDF that looks sharp on screen and a separate print-ready PDF (including bleeds, crop marks, and CMYK colour space) so I can send the document straight to a professional printer without further adjustments.
You’ll handle the layout, typography, and visual consistency so the booklet feels cohesive from cover to back page while staying true to a modern aesthetic—think generous white space, clear hierarchy, and unobtrusive fonts that let the drawings shine.
