Minimalist Coffee SOP Visuals
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m updating our barista training program and need a clean, visual way to show staff exactly how to build each of our coffee drinks. Rather than full-length manuals or videos, I’m after a set of simple, digital graphics that walk through every step of the standard operating procedure—from cup prep to final garnish—for cappuccinos, lattes, americanos, and any seasonal specials we add.
The look: flat, minimalist illustrations that stay consistent across all beverages, easy to print for the counter or drop into an online or printed handbook. Think clear ingredient icons, concise step-by-step frames, and just enough color to guide the eye without clutter.
Scope of work
• Collaborate with me on a short list of drinks and the exact sequence for each one.
• Design digital graphics (SVG or AI preferred) plus web-ready PNGs.
• Keep all text labels editable so we can localize later.
• Ensure brand colors and typography match the existing style guide I’ll supply.
Acceptance criteria
• Each drink visual fits on a single page.
• Steps are instantly understandable without additional explanation.
• Source files and exports delivered in organized folders, ready for print and digital use.
