I have a multi-page manual that looks cluttered and hard to read because the paragraph text lacks a consistent style. I’m happy with the current layout and section order, so your sole focus will be on optimising the font choices, sizing, spacing and justification of every paragraph throughout the document.
You’ll receive the source file (Word, though you can work in InDesign or a similar tool if you prefer) and will return a clean version that:
• Applies one unified paragraph style across the entire manual
• Uses a professional, easy-to-read font family, weight and size hierarchy
• Sets consistent line spacing, indents and alignment for smooth readability
• Preserves all existing headings, images, tables and pagination exactly as they are
Please send back both the editable file and a print-ready PDF. If you create a short style guide so future edits stay on brand, that’s a welcomed bonus.
