Logo Update and App Adaptation

I need my existing logo updated and supplied in multiple formats and colors. The updated logo should also be adjusted for use as an App icon.

Requirements:
- Supply the updated logo in the following formats: JPEG/PNG, SVG, EPS, GIF, PSD, TIF, BMP, Microsoft Edge
- Provide the updated logo in 2 to 3 different color variations
- Adjust the logo for App use

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in graphic design software
- Experience with logo creation and modification
- Familiarity with various file formats and their applications
- Knowledge of App icon design principles

I have attached a copy of my the logo I would like adjusted to suit PLUs I have attached a brief from the app developer and this contains the resources, pictures, designs and the work I need done.

I need to meet the requirements of the project as set out in the attached. I don't have any specific images or pictures, but I can supply if needed.
