I need a skilled designer to edit my current logo.

Requirements:
- Change colours using my specific colour codes
- Edit the following elements:
- Partial Text Colour (the blue 'O' and the yellow lightbulb)
- Background (provide transparent background option)
- Provide final edits in .png format
