JPG Logo Vectorization & Cleanup

I have an existing logo in a single .jpg file that still carries its background. I need that background completely removed and the artwork redrawn as clean, fully-scalable vectors.
Final deliverables:
• Transparent-background PNGs in web-ready sizes
• An SVG for responsive use online
• A high-resolution, print-ready EPS
Please match the original colours exactly so the logo looks identical across my website, social media profiles, and printed collateral. Edges should be crisp with no pixelation when the file is enlarged.
Feel free to work in Adobe Illustrator or any comparable vector tool, but be sure all text is converted to outlines and no embedded raster elements remain. I’ll supply the .jpg as soon as we start and will sign off once each file format opens cleanly and scales without quality loss.
