Investor Memorandum Design InDesign

I have a 30-page investor memorandum drafted in Microsoft Word and am looking for an experienced editorial designer to professionally format it in Adobe InDesign.
The content is complete. I am not looking for copywriting or a heavily graphic marketing document. The objective is to create a clean, executive-quality report that is easy to read and presents the information professionally to potential investors.
The design should focus on:
Clean, consistent typography

Simple process flow diagrams
