Full-Time Graphic & Video Designer
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m looking for a versatile creative who can stay online with me from 09:00 to 20:00 Turkey time, Monday to Saturday, for the next 12 months. The role covers the full spectrum of visual production for my brand and client work, and I’ll be paying a fixed monthly fee.
Day-to-day responsibilities
• Design eye-catching social media visuals—posts, stories, banners, ad creatives, cover images, and the occasional carousel.
• Create or refresh logos and basic branding elements when a new campaign launches.
• Edit short-form videos and reels as well as longer promo clips, adding motion graphics, captions, and platform-specific aspect ratios.
• Prepare any other graphic design collateral I might need, keeping everything on-brand and delivered in editable source files.
What will make you stand out
• A portfolio that shows clean layout skills, consistent typography, and confident color work.
• Solid command of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or comparable tools.
• Reliable internet, quick turnaround, and the discipline to be reachable during the stated hours.
• A pricing structure that fits a long-term collaboration.
