Everybody Needs a Tameka Shirt Design

I am looking to create a design for a t-shirt. I want the picture to be a group of black, white and Hispanic women. The women should be of different ages and different facial expression. The picture should look like a montage of women. I want the picture itself to be in the shape of the earth. I want the motto to be, Everyone Needs A Tameka.
 
'Everyone Needs' should be positioned at the top of the globe.
'A Tameka' should be positioned at the bottom of the globe.
 
I would like for this slogan to circle the globe with white lettering. The women should be wearing colorful clothing. The African American women should have braids, afro's and natural hair styles. All of the women should appear forward facing.
 
The ratio of the women should be 80% African American 10% White, 10% Hispanic.
Woman 1- African American between the age of 18-25
Woman 2- Hispanic between the ages of 18-30
Woman 3-White between the ages of 25-40
Woman 4 African American between the age of 40-50
Woman 5 White between the ages of 25-40
Woman 6 African American between the age of 30-40
Woman 7 Hispanic between the ages of 18-30
