Engaging YouTube Thumbnail Design

I’m looking to have a single, eye-catching thumbnail created for my YouTube video. The thumbnail must feature images of people as the focal point and be sized correctly for YouTube’s 1280 × 720 display, with a resolution that still looks crisp on larger screens.

To give me editing flexibility later, I’d like the final artwork delivered both as a high-quality JPEG/PNG and as the fully layered source file (PSD or AI—whichever you work in). Color, typography, and other stylistic choices are up to you; what matters most is that the design instantly grabs attention in the feed and clearly hints at the video’s content.
