Custom Movie Poster Design

I need a custom movie poster designed using an existing movie poster as a template. The project is urgent and needs to be completed ASAP. This is for my brother’s Marine Corps retirement gift. He was in the PBS Carrier documentary so I’d like to use that movie poster, but edit the picture bubbles to add timeline pics of his career. I’d also like to add career highlights formatted like movie credits. Attached is the movie poster template I’d like to use.
