I'm looking for an experienced puppet designer to create a medium-sized (2-3 feet tall), human-like puppet based on my personal image. Key expectations include:

- The puppet should have moving arms and legs
- It should be equipped with blinking eyes
- It needs to have the ability to talk
- Use photos that I will provide for design reference
- the photo provided should have the face mask removed and replaced with a medium size lips.
