Custom Football Photo Overlay

I need a modern and sleek graphic designer to superimpose logos and text on a photo of my son playing football. The final image will be printed at approximately 16x20.
Requirements:
- Superimpose 12 logos with team names and dates beneath each
- Add a large graphic
- Use of team colors
