Creative Virtual Assistant Needed for a Cosmetic Brand -- 2
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I need a single go-to person who can keep my operations running smoothly and, at the same time, generate eye-catching visuals across every channel I use. Day-to-day you will handle classic administrative support—clearing my inbox, managing my calendar, entering data, and keeping social posts and basic site updates on schedule.
Beyond admin, you’ll switch hats into full-on creative mode. I’ll count on you for every kind of graphic asset: logos, social media graphics, web banners, ad creatives and anything else our campaigns call for. Expect to work in Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva (your choice) and deliver files ready for web and print. Short-form and long-form video editing is also in scope; if you’re comfortable in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar, you’ll fit right in.
Much of my website content is built on WIX with occasional landing pages in Webflow, so a working knowledge of either builder will help you upload new graphics, swap copy, and place tracking pixels for ads. Experience with AI design tools such as Midjourney or Firefly is a plus because we’re experimenting with AI-generated concepts before we refine them.
Key acceptance criteria for each weekly sprint:
• Inbox response time under 24 hours and a calendar that’s fully updated by Friday evening.
• A minimum of three social graphics and one banner delivered in layered source format (PSD, AI, or Canva link) plus optimised web versions.
• At least one edited video (15 – 60 sec) exported in vertical and horizontal ratios, colour-graded and captioned.
• All assets uploaded to the website or shared drive with clear file names and alt text.
If you’re equally comfortable organising logistics and crafting polished visuals—while jumping into AI tools and ad placements when needed—let’s get started.
