Convert AI Label to Editable EPS

I have a packaging label saved in an Adobe Illustrator (.ai) file, and I simply need it converted into a fully open, editable EPS. Once delivered, every part of the label—text, colour swatches, and all graphic elements—must remain unlocked and ready for quick edits, exactly mirroring the current layout and dimensions. No extra tweaks or redesigns are required; fidelity to the existing design is key.
