Scope of Work
You will be designing the following documents and assets:
Credit Guide
Credit Proposal
Privacy Consent
Client Information Form
Document Checklist
Qual Guide
Title Pages
Docs to Sign
Docs to Read
Cost Worksheets (multiple versions - 8)
Timelines (multiple versions - 6)
Templated Emails
Email Signatures
Clarity Branding Guidebook (visual integration and reference)
Branding Requirements
All deliverables must strictly adhere to the Clarity Branding Guidebook (attached). This includes:
Logo usage: Use only approved master files; do not redraw or modify.
Typography: Primary typeface is Beausite Classic. Arial may be used for system compatibility.
Colour palette: Use specified Pantone, CMYK, RGB, and HEX values without alteration.
Tone of voice: Warm, empathetic, confident, and personal.
Photography: Natural light, candid moments, with a touch of green where possible.
Layout and composition: Clean, intentional, and consistent with brand identity.

To ensure alignment with your expectations and scope, we kindly ask you to provide an estimated cost breakdown for the project. Please include:
Estimated hours per document or asset
Your hourly or fixed rate
Any additional costs (e.g., licensing, revisions, rush fees)
We are happy to discuss and adjust the scope to suit your availability and pricing.
Deliverables & Timeline
We will work with you to establish a timeline for each document type. Please provide an estimated schedule for initial drafts and final delivery.
