After Effects Template Matching HTML Mockup

I'm looking for a skilled After Effects/Premiere Pro designer to create a template for a commercial project. The template should closely match an HTML mockup that I have built.

Requirements:
- The template must align with my HTML mockup in terms of:

- Layout design
- Typography will be provided by me
