Adobe InDesign Book Typesetting & Layout Design (Approx. 200 Pages)

I am looking for an experienced Adobe InDesign book designer to design an educational textbook consisting of 10 chapters (approximately 200 pages).

I will provide:
1) Microsoft Word files (.docx)
2) A professionally designed reference PDF with The original Adobe InDesign (.INDD) file of the reference book, including styles, master pages, typography, colors, and design guidelines.

Your job is to create the new book in the same design style and quality.

Scope of Work
1) Professional typesetting and page layout in Adobe InDesign.
2) Create clean, print-ready pages following the reference design.
3) Redraw all flowcharts, diagrams, and process charts as editable graphics in indesign (no screenshots or raster images).
4) Design tables, callout boxes, activities, case studies, and other educational elements consistently.
5) Maintain proper paragraph styles, master pages, spacing, alignment, and document structure.

Deliverables
1) Adobe InDesign (.INDD)
2) Packaged files
3) Print-ready PDF
4) Editable indesign flow chart graphics
5) 2-3 Revisions

Your quotation must include 2–3 rounds of revisions based on client feedback.

Software Requirement (Important)
The reference file is created in Adobe InDesign CC 2026. You must use Adobe InDesign CC 2026 or a newer compatible version. Please mention your InDesign version in your proposal.
