Adobe Creative Cloud API project

Hi - I work for a software business that deal with Digital Assets. We are looking for a consultant who has experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud APIs. We want to integrate our solution via an API to Adobe Creative Cloud. The main use cases are uploading images, videos and documents from our database into Creative Cloud and then being able to save them back.
