Captivate-Based Skill Enhancement eLearning Module

need a training eLearning module created. To teach CPR and First Aid to babysitters. I need it created in Adobe Captivate. I need it have periodic knowledge checks during the course and an exam at the end. I also need it to have a place for the participant to practice the compressions and breaths given on their own CPR manikin that will be shipped to them after they enroll in the online course. Maybe about a 20 minutes video where they practice giving compressions and breaths along with the video.
